Galey Farms does a little train ride around their farm that includes information about their Blenkinsop Creek Restoration project. You can organize a weekday tour that includes the corn maze and a small pumpkin:

And for a more active field trips that have been popular:
- bowling at Westshore’s Langford Lanes,
- Laser Tag at Laser City DT,
- Go-carting/ batting cages and mini-golf at All Fun Go-carts also in Langford,
- Langford, rowing/ dragon boating on the Gorge through Ocean River Sports or the rowing club at Jutland,
- Boulders climbing wall at Stelly’s (frickin’ amazing facility in Saanich!)
For the more crafty:
- do a tour of Victoria MakerSpace (for Makers) Tuesdays 7pm in the Victoria Technology Park off lower West Saanich Rd
- arrange a tour with Jenny of the MakeHouse on Fort for a sewing adventure
- visit Emily Carr House in James Bay
- free workshops/ demos at Opus and Island Blueprint on assorted weekends through the year
- free days and family days (with activities) at the Greater Victoria Art Gallery throughout the year
